Andrea Seigel sold her first book, Like the Red Panda, at age 22. Panda tells the tale of a young girl who aims to off herself before matriculating at Princeton. Although her next book, The Kid Table, deals with being stuck at the aforementioned seat of shame, its safe to say that Seigel’s astute prose will having her dining with the literary elite for years to come.
