Seeing Eric Andre live is like experiencing an acid trip with the Farrelly brothers. Hailing from Boca Raton, Florida, Andre now lives in New York. His psychedelic ramblings and manic energy bring his autobiographical and political stories to such offbeat heights that the audience never knows what’s about to hit them. A featured comedian on the second season of Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham and a performer at the U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Andre now tours colleges as part of NBC’s Stand-Up for Diversity Tour. He also occasionally appears as a correspondent on Black20.com’s “The Middle Show,” in which he often violates the space between himself and total strangers, including Hasidic Jews.
