Heeb

In the past year, Gabe Liedman, a 26-year-old Columbia alum and one half of the monster comedy duo Gabe and Jenny (see: Jenny Slate—a Heeb Hundred-er from 2007), has contributed to The Onion News Network, been a pop-culture commentator for CNN Headline News, and expanded his hilarious comedy show (“Big Terrific,” now every Thursday at Sound Fix in Williamsburg, Brooklyn). Plus, he’s written for MTV’s music shows, submitting interview questions like “Hi T.I. You had to make your album under house arrest because you got caught buying three machine guns with silencers on your way to the BET Awards. That’s crazy, right? Follow-up: Don’t you hate how loud machine guns are?” Which didn’t make it in because no yes or no questions were allowed.
