The green gravy train is getting longer and Jeff Kaplan wants on. Kaplan, a 29-year-old Houston real estate broker with a penchant for cleaning up the environment, recently opened a “green general store,” which he dubbed New Living. The store sells everything from paint to cleaning supplies to wood flooring, all healthy and safe both for people and Mother Earth. Kaplan, who claims there is
