Even as a young girl, Lauren Silverstein had an eye for fashion. It’s not difficult to imagine her dress-up box filled with vintage-inspired frocks, flirty dresses and edgy accessories. Now the owner of a cozy Nolita boutique offering a tasteful selection of top designs, this FIT graduate has staked out her place amidst a sea of high-end urban boutiques. Maintaining a homegrown vibe, this New York City girl grew up just down the block from her shop Amalia, which bears the name of her younger sister.
