Rebecca Turbow, by wearing her signature turquoise and white mod-inspired designs all over the city, started out as the sole designer, model and PR rep for her clothing line, Safe. Now with nine collections to her credit, Turbow has created a line that renders the wearer runway-ready, yet comfortable enough that she might start scratching herself inappropriately.
