Twenty-seven-year-old New York-based screenwriter, filmmaker and composer/musician Jordan Galland is as prodigious as he is youthful. It was 2007’s Rosencrantz and Gildenstein are Undead, a cross between a cheeky vampire flick and a surreal romantic comedy, that first won Galland bona fide indie film clout. However, he’s been acknowledged in select NYC music circles for years. When he’s not rewriting Shakespeare, Galland is composing scores and creating his own music and counts Mark Ronson, Fischerspooner and Sean Lennon among his collaborators.
