Ronnie Bronstein

Continuously unpredictable, insightful and strange, Ronnie Bronstein’s highly experimental directorial debut, Frownland, provides a reminder that conventional Hollywood youth dramas just don’t get it—not like this, anyway. Bronstein follows the solemn exploits of a babbling nobody named Keith. Well-meaning but universally disliked, he’s a generational statement for ambitious losers, and a frank one at that. Bronstein also currently stars in the web series “Butterknife” and recently produced the eccentric comedy Yeast.
