Bradley Rubin entered the restaurant business at the age of 18 and has been on a roll ever since. After helping to open a handful of Chicago-area eateries over the years, he opened his own restaurant in 2006. Located in the South Loop of Chicago, Eleven City Diner boasts an authentic soda fountain, a full mahogany bar and fashionably late weekend hours. The jam-packed menu includes stacked corned beef sandwiches, crispy potato latkes and cheesecake flown in from Brooklyn. With its 19-foot ceilings and jazz/blues music, Eleven City Diner combines deli comfort food with a non-pretentious atmosphere to delicious effect.
