After years of selling his soul to an ad firm (including forcing an underpaid photographer to strap himself to an ass-hauling NASCAR stock car to shoot a cigarette spot), Todd Weinberger redeemed himself last fall when he left the world of marketing and signed on as creative director of Inked Magazine. The tat rag had been off newsstands for almost a year when the Philadelphia native gave the pub an overhaul, and, as a result of multiple all-nighters (including Yom Kippur) with his staff, Inked has resurrected itself from the print graveyard to produce 10 issues a year.
