It’s been more than ten years since Alain Macklovitch, a.k.a. A-Trak, won DMCs World DJ Championship at the tender age of 15. The Montreal native has been on a collision course with superstardom ever since—drawing inspiration from big bro David Macklovitch of Chromeo and Kanye West, who took the young DJ under his wing in 2004, giving him a spot on his tour and his first real fade.
