As director of TED Media, June Cohen gave the organization its most public face. Although entry to the TED annual conference is limited to invited guests from the worlds of Technology, Entertainment & Design (hence the acronym TED), thanks to Cohen’s development of TEDTalks, free podcasts of speeches are available each week to anyone interested in what those really smart people said behind closed doors in California. Take that, Aspen Institute.
