Mary Kate Almost Bought a Menorah

While we all scale back on our holiday spending, it turns out that Mary Kate Olsen is just like us! According to the New York Post, MK is loving her some sale. In MK’s world "the recession" is a less a complex set of economic forces performing a stranglehold on our  collective well-being, but a funny word that people use to liven up cocktail conversation. She joked that she got a hat for cheap at "the recession" section of Barney’s. "That’s where I got this! The recession!," Page Six overheard. Girl’s got control though, resisting the $410 menorah she was admiring for her bedroom.

The menorah appears to be sold out. Do you remember what it looked like? Being a menorah peddler, I’m curious as to what would catch her eye. She’s not a Jewess, right?
