God Is Now Following You On Twitter!

Thank God (literally)—there’s finally a CliffsNotes version of the Bible for the technologically dependent generation. The Protestant Church in Germany has come to the aid of the iGeneration, mobilizing 3,000 participants to summarize the Bible in 140- character "tweets," setting a world record on Twitter.

The whole process took 10 days of collective work, according to the Church. Bishop Franz-Peter Tebartz-van Elst says the Church hopes to “build a bridge of communication between heaven and earth."

You hear that people? God is on Twitter. Better start making all those posts about last weekend’s drunken bender private, ASAP.
