Jewdar’s Woman of Valor Award (which is saying something, seeing as how we are writing this from the Land of Israel, replete as it is with female Jewish soldiers, policewomen, and the ghost of Golda Meir) goes to Monica Rozenfeld.  And what did Ms. Rozenfeld do to earn such an honor, aside from spelling her last name in that cool, Old Country way?  Well, first of all, she’s the founder of The Jew Spot, and when, like Jewdar, you stride titanlike above the world of Jewish culture, you can afford to be magnanimous and give, as the kinderlach say, "mad props" to our online rivals for the affections of America’s semiliterate Jewish youth.  More importantly, though, she was able to sit through an interview with the founder of the ubercreepy founder of Shaindy.com.  For those who don’t know, Shaindy.com is an Orthodox version of Ashleymadison.com.  For those who don’t know, Ashleymadison.com is a website for creeps who wish to cheat on their spoused with other creeps eager to do the same. 

Now, Jewdar is no prude, and we firmly believe in the right to be a pervert.  But if you’re going to be a pervert, please have the decency to be an honest pervert, and not a creepy one skulking around behind your spouse’s back.  And if a website dedicated to cheating is creepy, a website dedicated to Orthodox cheating is creepy squared.  Or cubed.  Or something sufficiently significant to satisfactually suggest the sordidness of the website, the people who run it, and the people who use it.  So it being summertime, Monica, our boater is off to you for your fortitude, truly, your value is greater than that of rubies.
