Breaking News: Anna Kournikova is not Jewish
In what may come as a shock to tennis fans everywhere, Russian bombshell Anna Kournikova delicately let the world know that she is not, in fact, a member of the Tribe. Last week at a tennis match, photojournalist Carrie Devorah congratulated Kournikova on her recent engagement to tween-dreamboat Enrique Iglesias by using the common expression, "Mazel Tov". When the tennis pro learned that the common phrase means good luck and congratulations, she snapped, "I am not Jewish – can’t you see my cross?" Game-Set-Match Kournikova, we didn’t want you anyway.

Not sure why she was thought to be Jewish anyway, but she could have responded without commenting on the cross either.
