I’d like to think that I’m on top of all the shmeckles, tushies and hooknosed tardation that pervades the Net (thank you, Google Alerts), but I’m embarrassed to admit that I overlooked Dan Lacey’s 8×10-inch oil portrait of Rahm Emanuel with a bagel, lox and cream cheese on his head .
