New York magazine most-clicked article asks the question on whether to cut or not to cut. While the writer (and Jewish baby mama), Hanna Rosin, presents both sides of the equation, she still (no shocker here), finds favor with the traditional route.
While people seem eternally phallic-focused, Rosin’s closing argument jabs at naysayers where it counts, right between the legs. She likens foreskin fanatics to pro-lifers who hope they can redesign our violent world by saving a bit of skin.

The pro-circ camp often attempts to sidestep the question of why every mammal has a foreskin.
The foreskin has a function. We must fully understand the function. Supposed benefits of circumcision on infants and underage males in the west should not be considered until we completely understand these functions.
This isn’t Somalia, Saudi Arabia, or Israel.

Yeah, animals smell each others asses, roll around in carcasses and have no ability for logical or rational thought. It’s a foreskin, not a hadron collider…it’s ‘function’ is obvious…I’ve managed to do perfectly well without them and, frankly, they;re gross. See, I can make a determination that it’s gross, I have that ability…animals don’t…rubbish argument.

Trying to basically crop an article without all the other unnecessary stuff like Menus & adverstisements. I have (google,youtube,adobe help)searched with no results…probably because I’m being to specific when I search.
