Waiter, Some Ice?

This week in Oviedo, Florida, a spitball fight broke out among some girls at Chili’s. One 18-year old brat was arrested for chucking a water glass at one of her peers, which struck an innocent bystander’s baby in the head. And you know how sensitive people can be about infants being mistreated in crappy chain restaurants.
