Pot Culture: The Heeb Review

Pot Culture, authored by Shirley Halperin, a writer for US Weekly, and Steve Bloom, who helms the website www.celebstoner.com, can best be described as a pop culture junkie’s rendition of a would-be Weed for Dummies. Replete with historical information, lessons on smoking etiquette and "how to" guides assisted by random celebrities (Jonah Hill discusses the art of the apple bong, for instance), the portable-sized coffee table book (which hit stores on 4/20, natch) isn’t one for the Chinese-eyed kiddos to miss. The all-encompassing text can be regarded as one THC-powered remedial for those who want to play catch-up in the world of the stoner. (My personal fav is the Bob Marley family tree.)

Having flipped through virtually every other spliff-centric book on the market, I can safely say that Pot Culture is the most comprehensive. And no, I’m not smoking something.
