Mr. Weinstein Goes to Washington
Hillary Clinton supporter and movie mogul, Harvey Weinstein and Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, recently held a private phone conference, but don’t hold your breath for the least erotic political sex scandal since George Washington gave a hooker splinters while attempting to performing cunnilingus.
In fact, it was quite the opposite. Several sources reported that Weinstein called and threatened to cut off campaign money to congressional Democrats if Pelosi refused to support his plan to finance a re-vote of the Democratic presidential primaries in Florida and Michigan. Weinstein denies that any threats were made, saying that he was only attempting to remedy the disenfranchisement of voters.

Thats his prerogative. Howard Dean isn’t going to let that happen though. Dean has built a Democratic party which saw more Democrats vote in the TEXAS primary than in the 2004 GENERAL election…he aint about to light a match to it. Dean doesn’t need Harveys money so bad that he’s willing to indelibly write himself into the history books as the man who signle handedly destroyed his own political party.
Funny how things work out. If Dean had become president in 2004, sure we would have been relieved of 4 more years of dipshittery, but Democrats still wouldn’t have a political party…not like the one we see today anyway.
