Heeb Magazine™ and HeebMagazine.com and all content of the foregoing including but not limited to site design, text, images, photographs, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, artwork, graphic material, or other copyrightable elements, and the selection, collection and arrangements thereof, and trademarks, service marks and trade names (the "Material") are the property of Heeb and are protected, without limitation, pursuant to U.S. and foreign copyright and trademark laws. Heeb hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to use and display, for noncommercial and personal use only, one copy of any material and/or software that you may download from this Site, including, without limitation, any files, codes, audio or images incorporated in or generated by the software provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained in such Material. You agree not to reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, display, perform, publish, distribute, disseminate, broadcast or circulate any Material to any third party (including, without limitation, the display and distribution of the Material via a third party website) without the express prior written consent of Heeb. Any other use or reproduction of the Material is only permitted with Heeb's express written permission. You further agree that you will not disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise modify the Material. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading any Material. USE OF THE KVETCHING BOARD
The Kvetching Board shall be used for lawful purposes only. No material shall be posted on or transmitted through the Kvetching Board which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates any law. No conduct shall be undertaken that, in Heeb's judgment, restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Kvetching Board. No advertising or commercial solicitation may be posted on or transmitted through the Kvetching Board without Heeb's express prior approval.
